Due to the personal-care nature of VIXAMORA40™ products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Eligible refunds or replacements will be determined after review. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
